Montreal is known for its street culture, parties, nightclubs, Jazz Fest, and the Grand Prix. The latter is indisputably one of the biggest weekends the city sees all summer. Hosting tourists, celebrities, and the adrenaline-filled Formula 1 races certainly keeps the streets bustling and the champagne flowing. Kicking off Grand Prix weekend in style this year was the Don’t Tell my Booker cocktail and fashion show.
Held at the ever-glitsy Windsor Hotel, the event – sponsored by K Magazine and L’Oréal Paris – showcased the city’s hottest DJs and the latest designer duds by fashion house Tiger of Sweden. Of course, it was the kind of party where everywhere you looked there were beautiful people, and every pair of shoes you crossed you wanted to steal. There was glitz and, oh yes, there was definitely glam. Who needs race cars when you have music and fashion, right? Unfortunately, there are a few Formula 1 fans that would disagree. Either way, here’s a gallery of the night’s most fabulous snapshots, as well as pictures of the complete runway show from Tiger of Sweden. Enjoy!
